(Received Jan. 30, 11.15 p.m.) Tho Rhondda dispute is over a matter of 12s claimed by a single miner, and on the question of paying this amount the possibility of a general strike rested. A special Court suggested that the owners should pay the amount into Court pending a decision. The owners accepted tho suggestion, and the Court is now awaiting the men’s acceptance of the proposal. ’
