At a snecial meeting of the commit te of the Porerty Bay Turf Club held vesterday morning., it was decided that for t lie forthcoming summer mooting bookmakers he charged Cl 5 per day, one clerk to bo allowed. The committee will visit, tho course before deciding on their loeation. Applications for licenses to bet to be in by Monday, Fob. 9.
