HOTEL ABLAZE.
MAN BURNED TO DEATH
Press Association. TE AROHA, Jan. 27. The Waiorangomai Hotel, three miles from Te Aroha, with its contents, was totally destroyed by fire at 2 o’clock on Sunday morning. A man in charge of a prospecting party, named Wilson, was burned to death. A servant girl discovered the fire, and aroused' the landlord, who attempted to go upstairs, but was beaten back by the flames. Wilson is supposed to hail from AVhanga-rei.
