LUNACY EXPERT’S EVIDENCE,
United Press Association—Copyright (Received January 24, 9.43 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 24. Doctor Wagner, lunacy expert, deposed that Thaw told him that White had invited him in 1900, to one of his parties in Madison Square Tower. Thaw afterwards saw 'White in New York Theatre, with Evelyn Nesbitt. An acquaintance said that she belonged to White, and Thaw rejoined “I don’t see how such a girl can care for White, who with his reddish hair, looks liko an ape.” Tho Judge decided to limit tho prosecution and tho defence to three experts each.
