United Press Association— Copyright (Received 6.10 p.m., Jan. 23 ) . SYDNEY, Jan. 23. llio Norwegian steamer Thode Fogeland, bound from, Adelaide to Sydney in ballast, is ashore at Cromilla bench. She lies hard and fast on the rocks in a bad position. The crew are safe, and a tug is standing by.
