PASPALUM DILITATUM
SUCCESSFUL EXPERIMENTS IN
AUCKLAND PROVINCE. Press Association. AUCKLAND, Jan. 18. During the week representatives of the Auckland A. and P. Association visited the Rev. Geo. "Wild’s farm at East Tamaki. to see what has been achieved in the cultivation of naspalum, on the clayey lands of that neighborhood. Over 30 varieties have been experimented with, and remarkable success has attended the planting of paspalnm dilitatum, the visitors bringing back samples taken oft swampy ground, fully Oft in length. The committee will report the result of their investigations at. the next meeting of the A. and-P. Association.
