RECEPTION" AT NAPIER AND AVAIROA. Press Association. NAPIER, January 15. The Hon. R. McNab, Minister for Lands, and the Hon. J. Carroll, Nativo Minister, arrived by the Monown i yesterday morning. They were met by the Mayor, Mr. J. Vigor Brown, and driven round the town, and over the VPhareomarenui reserve. In the afternoon the party left by special coach for 'Wairoa, On arrival at AVairoa, the party went by launch to Turiroa. The Minister for Lands received several deputations and he also laid Hfe foundation, stone of a now Presbyterian Church at AVairoa. Ho will address a public meeting at the latter place tonight.
