ANOTHER ESCAPE AND CAPTURE. Press Association. DUNEDIN, January 14. Lionel Terry escaped from the concert- hall of tho Seacliff Asylum about 3 o’clock this afternoon by slipping down an outside water pipe and dropping about- 20 feet to the ground. Ho was at once pursued and was caught before 8 o’clock within half a mile of the institute.
