Captain Skinner, of the schooner Knew, reports as follows from Auckland:—Left Gisborne for Auckland via coast on itith uU.. calling at Tolaga next morning. Then proceeded to Tokomarn on the same evening and landed eirgo. On the iollowing morning we called at Vaipiro, Tuparoa, and Port Awanui, and landed cargo for these places tlie same day. Me left, again the following morning for Te Araroa and Hicks Bay. We were detained at the latter place for three days on account of westerly winds. The weather moderating we proceeded to the Bay of Plenty and received a cargo ot maize, etc., and then left- tor Auckland. -.uriving here on Eritiay. The U.S.S. Co.’s Haupiri was at AYaipiro yesterday, and is expected here co-dav. iShe. sails later for Aapier. The U.S.S. Co.’s Scjuall leaves Auckland this afternoon for Tolaga Bay. Gisborne, and Napier, bringing the Waikare’s cargo. The Huddiwt Parker Co.’s Zealaudia arrives tins morning from South, and sails later for Auckland and Sydney. The Tintea leaves the wharf at !> a.ill. and 10 a.m. The U.S.S. Co.’s AViiikaro leaves Auckland tills morning, and arrives hero to-morrow morning, leaving here again at S a.m. for South. The Union Co.’s Wanaka.is loading at the Bluff this morning;, and will ctU into Gisborne to land 12 head of cat-tie consigied to Mr. E. Came ion. .The scow Seagull and AVaikouuu are due shortly' from ..Vlangatete and Katikati respectively, with timber for Messrs. I'caeockc and Co.
