INTERIM JUDGMENT GIVEN
MINES TO BE INSPECTED
United Press Association —Copyright SYDNEY, January 10. Tho special Coal Commission delivered an interim judgment in tho Teralba dispute in regard to cavilling and choosing mates. Tho Court inspects several mines, and resumes sitting a week hence. The resumption of the men following the judgment is taken to indicate that tho fears of a gonoral strike have vanished.
