A PROPOSED CHANGE. United Press Association—Copyright (Received Jan. 9. 11. Id p.m.) NEW YORK, Jan. 9. Mr. W. J. Eou'ler, diairman of tho United States House of Representatives Banking and Currency Committee, has introduced i Bill providing for the withdrawal of ail outstanding national bank currency secured on bonds, and authorising instead a currency based on the general assets of each bank.
