MASS MEETING OF MINERS. MINERS’ FEDERATION TOO POOR TO FIGHT. United Press Association —CopyrighS SYDNEY, January 9. At a mass meeting of Tcralba minors last night, Mr. McWilliams, acting president of the Federation, plainly told tlio men that the Federation was simply iiot in *\ position to fight just now. They v/ero not in tho position they were a few months ago. If they were, tho whole coal trade of New South Wales might be dislocated.
