The recent dismissal of 8000 dock laborers created great insurbordination at Sevastopol. In order to prevent an outbreak the Black Sea fleet was sent to sea. AVhen the sailors’ barracks were searched a list was found dividing the officers into three categories with varying degrees of punishment. ■ A hundred powerful pyroxiline bombs were discovered at Sevastopol and Simferpol. It is believed they were designed to destroy the fleet.
