J UDGES TRANSFERRED. United Press Association—Copyright BERLIN, January 7. Judge Kero, who was president at Harden’s first trial, has been transferred from the bench to another department of the Afinistry of Justice. Judge Schmidt, president at the trial when Harden was acquitted of lese majeste, was similiarly removed a few years ago.
