Ihe special Court found that the men at the Teralba mines had by .eaymg work broken the agreement under which the special Court was constituted and thereby justified tho proprietors in withdrawing from the Court it they so desired. . _ ; fowling the miners’ fepresentat-u-e an the Court considers the men might have committed a technical breach, but morally they had the right. The proprietors’ representative announced that the proprietors decided +0 abide by the agreement. If the teralba men returned to work and let the matter come before the Court, f he proprietors would not withdraw trom D'o Court. On the application of the miners’ advocate the Court adionrned till tomorrow to allow the Miners’ Federation an opportunity to advise the strikers t 0 resume work. The minerss’ cnmmitteee of management subseauentlv met and advised tho resumption of work.
