Pness Association. DANNEVIRKE, January 7. At tho Magistrate's Court this morning John Mitchell was charged with the theft from a dwelling of £4 10s in cash. Accused was remanded. Alartin Luther Murray, recently committed for trial on a charge of alleged sheep-stealing, was further charged to-day with the theft of 100 sheep of a value of £lls, tho property of Haro Nope, a Native. Accused was remanded for eight days. Bail was granted—accused in £IOO and two sureties in £IOO. Tho police opposed bail. AVELLLNGTON, January 7.
