In connection with the last case it was prnbab'y four months since Ins previous visit.

The Magistrate: "A place might get mighty had in four months.” Contiiuiing. Air. Bishop remarked that the regulations of the Act would have to he complied with by dairymen. Breaches of the Act did not very often conie before the Court and the natural inference was that the dairymen were satisfactorily fulfilling the requirements of the Act. It was absolutely essential for the protection of the public that the milk supply was kept pure, and when any future charge came before him and he was satisfied that such milk was a menace to tho health of the community ho would deem it his duty to •'inflict- u very severe penalty.
