TROUBLE IN ZULULAND.
NATAL GOVERNOR’S TOUR •OBJECTED TO. REBEL HIDING PLACE RAIDED. United Press Association—Copyright DURBAN, January 3. Colonel McKenzie has Relayed his departure,from Zululand. He does not approve of the proposed tour by Sir Matthew Nathan, Governor of Natal. The Government hopes tlie tour will bo postponed until martial law has been repealed. The police at. night raided a rebel hiding place, and captured a dozen armed natives, who are believed to belong to a large gang. BRUSH AYITH SMALL PARTY OF REBELS. GOVERNOR’S TOUR POSTPONED. (Received January 5, 5 p.m.) DURBAN, January 4. A police patrol surprised a small party of rebel Zulus in some caves at the junction of the Black and White Unolvi rivers. Two of tho rebels were killed, but the rest made their escape, leaving rifles and bandoliers.
Sir M. Nathan has postponed his tour.
