(Received January 5, 4.15 p.m.) LONDON, January 4. The Federation of Master Cotton Spinners’ Associations, Lancashire, has decided to 'lock out 100.000 workers unless the strikers at two Oldham mills resume work. If a settlement is not reached 50,000 weavers would ilso be affected.
