HIS NAME WAS ALEXANDER.
Therejyas a chap who kept a store. And though there might be grainier, He sold things cheap, nor asked for more — His name was Alexander.
He mixed his goods with cunning hands. He was a skilful brander; And since his sugar was half sand, Thev called him Alex-Sander.
He had a girl, one day she canto, Then lovingly ho scanned her; He asked her would she change her name — A ring did Alex-liand-lier.
“Oh. yes.” she said, with smiling lip “If 1 can he commander!” Aiul so they framed a partnership. And called it Alex-and-her.
