(Received Jan. 2, 9.57 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 2. General Booth, in a report, claims that the Anti-Suicide Bureau in 1907 saved 1500 from self-destruction. Of the London male applicants 54 per cent pleaded financial embarrassment or poverty, 11 drink, drugs,' and disease, and 9 melancholia.
