SUMMER SCHOOL IN THE SO I
Press Association. -?'■ INVERCARGILL, Dec. 30. : J he summer school of the Presbj terian Bible Class Union of . Ne/oailand to-day concluded a week session in Invercargill. Visitor, have been present from all parts o' the Dominion, and about 800 me? beis were enrolled in connection tyir tho school, which is one of two sat gatherings held annually under tlj auspices of the Union. The last vs a camp for men only, and the schof was for both male and female me®! hers. The mornings have been “V, voted to class work, afternoons to F creation, and the evenings to Ifry . litres. The secretary of the Uni oll the Rev. J. C. Jamieson, thinks goo work lias been done. The next sin* mer school will he held in MastertO« I lie weather has been very fine & week, and this lias induced many,! the summer school visitors to lengt? en their stav in order to put i*i -y week at Stewart Island. The visitorare greatly delighted with the w?! weather experienced, and very }” e3 r ed with the complete arrangemen ttor their accommodation and for V varied entertainments supplied 11 local members.
