Drunkenness. —Th om as Williams was convicted of being found drunk in a public place. Accused did not appear, and the amount of his hail (,Ci) was forfeited.

Alleged Breaking and ’Entering.— George Judge was charged with having broken into the house of Thomas McCarthy on Saturday evening last, with intent to commit a crime. Accused was remanded until (!th inst.. bail being allowed, self in £SO and two sureties of £25 each.
