Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” tho Waiapu County Council hereby .resolves as follows: “That for the purpose of providing tho interest and other charges on a loan of £SOO authorised to bo raised by the Waiapu - County Council under the provisions of the above-men-tioned Act, for the purposo of constructing in the Tokomaru Riding, about 120 chains of the Waiau Road, including two bridges over tho Mangaroa Stream, the Waiapu County Council do hereby make and levy a Special Rate of one-tentli of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of itlie Waiau Loan District, comprising tho lands defined in the schedu/’.e hereto; and that such Special Rato shall bo an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the First clay of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-six years or until the loan is fully paid off.
