At ilie Turanganui green yesterday a number ot members took advantage of the holiday, and some interesting games resulted. A. match was played between til© two nrospectivo Auckland rinks, and victory finally rested with Gaudin’s team, who defeated Martin’s by 26 to 17. Inis was a most keenly-contested game, and up till the 16th head no advantage could be claimed by either side. The teams were level on the 3rd, 6th, 14tli, find 16th heads, and from this point Gaudin obtained the lead, and won by 9 points. Both rinks showed excellent form, and the skixis on either side were responsible for some excellent work.
