CANADIAN FARMERS OFFENDED. United Press Association—Copyright (Received Dec. 25, 10.13 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 24. An American Customs official, suspecting smuggling, threatened two Canadian farmers with a revolver, forcing them across into American territory, although the official! was not armed with a warrant. - The farmers returned to Canada, and now claim 10,000 dollars damages.
