United Press Association—Copyright! (Received Dec. 23, 10.20 p.m.) VIENNA, Dec. 23. Tlio Hungarian Parliament passed all the Bills relating to the Au"sleich. The Augsloich (compromise) was made in 1867. It provides that Aus- j tria, and Hungary shall each have ; their own constitution (a limited - monarchy) and a separate parliament ; but the countries are united under a common sovereign in the estabtishinciit of a common army and navy and in the conduct of foreign affairs. The Augsleicli is subject to periodical revision only so far as it affects tlio regulation of the fiscal and commercial affairs of tlio two countries, the quota paid by them to the common expenses of the Empire. and the privileges of the Aus-tro-Hungarian Bank. The Custom's and_ commercial treaty 'agreed to in 1867 is renewable every ten years "?
