BOOKMAKERS’ FEES AT RICCI ARTON. Pucss Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 10. Tlhe Canterbury J.C. proposes to levy the following bookmakers’ fees for the Riccanton grandstand enclosure : —Summer meeting, £lO daily; autumn meeting, £2o;'Grand > National meeting, £2O; and Spring meeting, £2O. One-half the above fees are to be charged for the outside enclosure.
