CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IMPOSED. United Press Association— Copyright ST PETERSBURG, Dee. 9. Twenty-one sailors at Yladivlostock were sentenced to death, and twentyfour to penal servitude for being concerned in the recent mutiny.
