Press Association. OAMARU, Dec. 9. The animal meeting of the Oamaru Ynolleu Factory Company was held ■i-niglit. A report recommending Y_> payment of a dividend for the ilf year' of 3 per cent on ordinary tares and 4 per cent on preference hares was adopted, making 7 per ant on the first named .and 8 per ■nt on the last named for the year. :'he factory, it was reported, had been very, busy during the year, but ho profits had been affected by the ligli price of wool. A lower price of wool was expected to assist tho factory to larger profits.
