CALDWELL’S EVIDENCE. United Press Association—Copyright LONDON, Dec. 8. Justices Buckley and Kennedy, granted Walden’s appeal against the decision permitting Caldwell’s evidence in the coming civil action to be taken on commission. The Court held that lie was a crucial witness, and it was essential that- his story should -be tested before a jury. Dr. -Shaw (mentioned yesterday) gave evidence that a will suit was brought by Mrs. Druce against the executors of T. C. Druce in 1901.
