GAMING BILL KILLS SPORTS MEETING. Press Association". AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. At a meeting of gaslight sports promoters this morning, it was stat ed that- last night’s meeting resulted in a loss, and therefore it was decided to discontinue the sports, tinclause in the Gaming Act relating to betting on sxiorts grounds having killed tlie venture.
