Pride’s Darling’s siro was Cox’s Pride of Scotland (imp.), dam Fanny, by Bothwoll (imp.). Pride of England is a beautiful bright bay horse, with black points, standing 16.3 hands, 7-year-old. He is a splendid type of an active, serviceable, good-boned horse, with the best of temper; a reliable good_ worker, and above all an exceptionally sure foal-getter. He was bred by J. X.
