Kelly •(wife’s petition) a similar order was made. Both cases were undefended. At Port Chalmers to-day 1 nomas Scott (engine room storekeeper) and Richard Wcedon (greaser), both employed on the steamer Kaikoura, were sentenced to six months imprisonment on a charge of unlawfully entering the slap s bold and damaging cargo.
