THE TIMES URGES PUBLIC PROSECUTION.
United Press Association —Copyright (Received Dec. 1, 4.15 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 30. The Times urges the prosecution oi Irish Commoners inciting cattle driving. Even if the prosecutions failed the Imperial Parliament would appreciate the significance of tlio prosecution. Mr. IV. H. Long, member for Dublin. appeals to British electorates to ' ilVust on the application of the Crime: Act.- ! M;r. Cherry, Attorney-General for Ireland, at Dublin, stated that, the Government was giving trial by jury in Ireland the best possible chance.
