COOK’S PICTURES.
Cook’s Picture Company will appear in His Majesty’s Theatre this evening and to-morrow evening A niost interesting programme of'nioving picctures interspersed with illustrated songs will bo given. A special feature of the entertainment will ho several magnificent hand-colored films, The Magic Fan” and “The Artist’s Dream. Comic, pathetic, sensational, and illusionary pictures will follow in quick succession, while pictures depicting- a number of Australian beauty spots, including the famous Ilarron Falls in North Queensland, should prove interesting. All the pictures are new, most of them of considerable length, and judging by the vast strides made recently in this particular form of entertainment, something of a pleasing nature may bo confidently expected. In addition to all the latest London and Continental successes, the programme will include a now series specially cineniatographed iin this and other colonies. These embrace charming views of scenery and humorous back-blocks episodes. Illustrated songs will be rendered at suitable intervals during tho evening by Mr. G. B. Stack. Popular prices are being charged.
