RAISULI PAID £20.000 BY BRITISH GOVERNMENT. United Press Association— Copyright (Received 10.40 p.m., Nov. 29.) LONDON, Nov. 29. The Standard’s Tangier correspondent reports that the British Government agreed to pay Raisuli £20,000 to secure the release ot haul Macloan anil his imprisoned mends, and to afford Raisuli anil the immediate members of Ids family protection liom punishment for their past misdeeds. An instalment of £5,000 is to be paid immediately Maclean is released, the balance to be invested tor three jeais and the income paid to Raisuli.
