Herr Stengel, in (the Reichstag, stated that Uncovered Federal contribntions amount in 1907 to 103 million marks and 200 million marks in "908. Think only of keeping the escutcheon of your house and army unspotted.” Prince Bulow further denied, that ■ a Camarilla influenced the Kaiser. Such chatter ought to cense.
