AN INJURED SAWMILL HAND.
P*ess Association. AUCKLAND, Nov. 28. Tho hearing of the action brought by John Edward Hartliman, a sawmill hand, against John Frederick Smith, sawmill proprietor, at Whnngape, for £IOOO damages for Injuries received during tho course of his employment, was concluded at tiro Supreme Court this afternoon. Plaintiff secured a verdict of £SIB.
