NOTICE is hereby given that by a Resolution passed at a Sp>ecial Meeting of this Board, on Monday, tlio 25th .November, 1907, tho following additional BY-LAWS were adopted, and tho same were ordered to come into force on the Ist JANUARY, 1908: — Re HARBORMASTER’S FEES. 180. That By-law No. 20 be amended by altering tlio 4tli Clause, page 10, to read as follows: “For steamers of 120 tons register and upwards, to roadstead only, Id per ton register on. arrival, hut so that the owner, master, or agent of such vessel shall not be called upon to pay more than 6d per ton register in any halfyear. “For steamers of 120 tons register ■and upwards entering tho Turanganui River Id per ton register on arrival.” Re STORAGE IN CARGO SHEDS. 181. That By-law No. 73, page 17, be amended' to read as foljows:— “All goods deposited in tho sheds to be removed' within tho working day following the discharge of same. A fee of ono shilling per ton per diem Will be charged upon all goods left in tihe shed ■after such period.” Re SCALE OF SLIP CHARGES. 182. That By-law No. 179, page 35, be amended to read as follows: — “Up to 40 tons gross register £3 for 5 days, and 10s per day after tho fifth day.
