RESENTS THE DISSOLUTION. “UNJUSTIFIABLE EXERCISE OF ROYAL PREROGATIVE.” United Press Association —CopyrigFit (Received 1.8 a.m., Nov. 29.) BRISBANE, Nov. 28. The manifesto of the Labor party opens by declaring that in consequence of the forced dissolution, and the unjustifiable exercise of tlie Royal prerogative, fho country was plunged into the turmoil of a general election. It appeals to the .electors at the general election to resent the unwarrantable. intrusion upon the rights enjoyed by the British people for centuries. It asks that the - party’s hands he strengthened to resent this encroachment of the Crown upon the privileges of the colonies, and to put an end to the obstructive Upper Chamber, which was the last refuge of Conservatism.
