ENTERING CANADA FROM UNITED STATES. A SERIOUS PROBLEM. United Press Association—Copyright (Received 4.30 p.m., Nov 24.) OTTAWA, Nov. 23.. Hundreds of penniless unemployed from the United States are entering Canada. Only those physically and mentally unfit can be rejected, and the problem of dealing with the indigent is serious as the number’of unemployed is in excess of that of 1906.
