THE “BOOK GIFT TEA” CASE.
APPEAL TO BE LODGED. Press Association. DUNEDIN, Nov. 15. The proprietors of “Book Gifit Tea” have lodged security for their appeal against the magisterial conviction of their agent a.t Gisborne for issuing coupons in connection with book gift tea. In this case a fine of 10s and costs was imposed.
