KAISER’S VISIT TO ENGLAND.

Replying Jx> tho Corporation’s adclreEs the Kaiser said ho noticed ■during the procession the motto, Blood is thicker than water.” Ho applauded tho sentiment, and hoped that it would ever bo so between Britain and Germany. Replying to the Lord Mayor’s, toast to the guests, the Kaiser gracefully referred to being a citizen of -London of 16 years’ standing. H'eexpressed satisfaction at Hie visits exchanged between English. and German journalists and civil dignitaries. He hoped that history "would acknowledge he had unswervingly pursued peace. The main, prop and base for the peace of the world was good relationship between England and Germany, and he would strengthen it. as far as lay in liis power.
