Ackroyd, Js.P., J'ames Ritchie was convicted on .a charge of being found drunk in a public place, and 'was fined 10s, with 3s costs, in default 18 hours. John Ryan, for a like offence, was fined 40s, in default 1-1 days’ imprisonment, tlliis being the third conviction. ,within six months. At accused’s request a prohibition order for 12 months was issued against him.
