Proas Association. BLENHEIM, Nov. 11. The weather for the holiday was showery, but large numbers of people turned out. Welcome rain has considerably improved tho agricultural and pastoral situation. WANGANUI, Nov. 11. Heavy downpours of rain since Sunday morning were very welcome. Tho weather is clearing now.
