LABORITES REFUSE MR. KIDSTON’S PROPOSALS.

The Labor party has sent a polite refusal to Mr. Kidston’s proposals, after carefully considering them. [Mr. Kidston invited the co-opera-tion of tho Labor party, wit'll a mutual arrangement between the parties at election times, mainly with a view to taking united action against the “obstructive” Legislative Council.]
