(Special to Times.) AVELLINGTON, Nov. 4. Tlie Leador of tho Opposition (Mr. AY. F. Miassoy), taking .advantage of a lull in tlio proceedings or Parliament, is paying a visit to Hawke’s Bay on private business. Ho will return to-morrow. Tho site of -tho proposed dairy school has not yet been selected. Tho Minister for Agriculture states that the matter has not vet been decided by tho Cabinet.
