ARBITRATION COURT.

Press Association. AVELLINGTON, Nov. 4, A large, number of broaches of awards were dealt with by the Arbitration Court to-day. The oases were of tho customary character, employers being variously charged with paying less than the minimum wage, employing non-unionists, and failing to indenture apprentices. Fines varying from £2 to £5 were imposed 'in one or two cases. AA orkers were also penalised for accepting less than the minimum wages fixed by award of the Court.
