FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1. _ Before Mr. W. A. Burton, S.M. Bruncli of the By-laws.—Henry Mulcloon was charged with cycling on the footpath, and was fined the usual amount, 10s, and 7s costs. Drunkenness—J. Cl. Fuller was chraged with being found drunk in a public place, and was convicted and fined the sum of lit with Sis costs, or in default 48 hours’ imprisonment.

Carnally Knowing—James Malone appeared to answer a charge of carnally 'knowing an imbecile girl on October 16th. Accused, lor whom Mr. Stock appeared was remanded until November sth. Bail was allowed, self in £IOO, and 2 sureties of £SO each.

Affiliation Case.—An order was liuulo .against Walter Elgin Schwabe to pay 7s 6d per week in a maintenance case previously before the Court, the bond of £2OO against his brother being consequently cancelled.
